- It may have too much load. (Too many things plugged into that circuit)
- There may be an arc fault or ground fault. (If GFCI or AFCI breaker)
- There may be a short circuit (Can cause a fire).

- If it sparks or plugs are loose
- If there are burn marks on the outlet’s face
- If there is no ground (only two prongs instead of three)
- If it is buzzing, smoking or melted
HOW CAN I SAVE MONEY ON MY ELECTRIC BILL?
- Upgrade from incandescent (standard) light bulbs to L.E.D. bulbs
- Use only the lights in the room that you are in.
- Turn off or unplug appliances/devices when not in use.
- Use a programmable or intelligent thermostat to keep the heat or air conditioning on only when someone is home.
